What this portal does

ProbashLink connects customers with AL ISLAH, THAWABET and SRP INT for staff-assisted recruitment and travel-related services. It does not issue passports or guarantee visas, medical fitness, examination results, appointments or government approvals.

Your information

We collect your verified email, contact number, passport biodata, passport scan, photograph, requested services and support messages. These are used to verify your profile, provide the service you request and keep you informed. Do not submit another person’s documents without their permission.

Who can see it

Documents are stored in a private bucket in the existing Supabase backend. You can see your own records. Authorized HR/Admin of your verification company may review your profile. When you request a service from a company, that company’s authorized team may view the profile and documents required for that request. Miraj oversees company operations. Customers never receive employee access.

Optional passport extraction

If you select “Passport থেকে তথ্য পড়ুন”, the uploaded passport is sent to the configured OpenAI API to transcribe visible biodata. This is optional: you can type the information yourself. API requests use store:false. An authorized human must still review the documents before verification. We do not claim automated identity verification.

Payment and official processes

Online payment is not enabled. Fees, provider and refund information must be confirmed separately before paid services launch. A submitted request is a request for assistance or quotation, not a payment receipt or confirmed booking. Medical tests, biometrics, training and skill examinations may require physical attendance. Official outcomes are determined by the relevant authority.

Support, correction and deletion

You may ask for help in your service request or email alwafint@gmail.com. For account or document correction, access problems, or deletion requests, contact the same address from your registered email. We retain records while needed to provide the service, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolve support issues. Deletion requests are reviewed with any required retention explained; no fixed automatic deletion period is represented here.

Account security

Email verification is required before using customer functions. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. Sessions and access permissions are checked on protected operations. Technical providers may process information necessary for hosting, authentication, storage and optional passport transcription.
